Everyone with a Graphwake account counts as a user: admins, engineers and people who only read alerts. Going over the endpoint limit never stops an alert.

Two things set your bill.

There are no seats to guess at the start, no usage meters and no add-ons. You can work out the next invoice in your head.

150 / 500

The endpoints you watch

This picks the plan. Basic covers up to 150 endpoints across your OpenAPI specs, Pro up to 500, and Enterprise has no limit. Services, teams and subscriptions are never counted.

$1.99

Each person over the limit

Basic includes 10 users and Pro 30. Every account beyond that adds $1.99 a month, on either plan, and you can remove accounts whenever you like.

Every feature, plan by plan.

The three plans share the same product. They differ in size, in how people sign in and in how we support you.

In every plan

Going over the endpoint limit never stops an alert. Graphwake keeps watching every endpoint and tells your admin; adding another service then needs a bigger plan.

  • Only breaking changes alert by default
  • Spec URL checked every 30 minutes
  • CI agent for five CI systems
  • Discovery suggestions for unmapped endpoints

Pricing questions

Something we haven’t answered? Write to us and a person replies.

Who counts as a user?

Everyone with a Graphwake account: admins, engineers, and people who only read alerts and the graph. Every account counts the same, whatever it does. Remove an account and it stops counting on your next invoice.

What does “extra user” mean?

Basic includes 10 users and Pro includes 30. Each account beyond that adds $1.99 a month. With 42 people on Pro, you pay the $119 plan price plus 12 extra users at $1.99, which is $142.88 a month.

Why a base price and not a price per user?

Graphwake gets more useful as more teams are on the map: the team that consumes an endpoint is the one that needs the alert. A high price per person would push teams off it. So the plan covers a whole group of people, and the endpoints you watch set the size.

What counts as an endpoint?

One method and path pair in your OpenAPI specs, for example GET /orders/{id}. The same endpoint in several versions of a spec is counted once. Services, teams and subscriptions are unlimited on every plan.

What if we go over our plan’s limits?

Alerts keep going out and every endpoint stays watched. Graphwake tells your admin, and adding another service needs a bigger plan.

Can we switch plans or cancel?

Yes. Change the plan, add or remove accounts and cancel from the billing page at any time.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 7 days and includes every feature. You don’t enter a card to start. Before it ends, pick a plan from the billing page. If you don’t, the workspace closes and nobody is charged.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.

Can we pay by invoice?

Invoice and bank transfer come with Enterprise, together with a DPA signed before you start. Basic and Pro are paid by card.

Start with 7 days of everything.

Every feature is on during the trial and nobody asks for a card. Pick Basic or Pro when you know how big your map is.
